• Subscriber data: phone numbers and opt-in records for your organization's contacts.
• Usage data: message logs, campaign activity, and platform analytics.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the TextPack platform.
• To send SMS messages on behalf of your organization to your opted-in subscribers.
• To process payments and manage your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. SMS Messaging & Subscriber Data

Phone numbers and opt-in consent records are collected and stored solely for the purpose of sending messages on behalf of the organization that collected them. Subscriber data is not shared with other organizations or used for any purpose outside of operating the platform. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TextPack:

• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and authentication

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@gettextpack.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
